Overview
Bell & Gossett BPX brazed heat exchanger with 40 plates. This heat exchanger provides maximum heat dissipation and is intended for residential and light commercial hydronic systems. It features a stainless steel ASTM cover and channel plates, as well as, copper brazing material. It has a design pressure of 435 psig, a minimium temperature of -310°F, and a maximum temperature of 450°F. Their corrugated plate design provides very high heat transfer coefficients, resulting in a more compact design. The unit's stainless steel plates are vacuum brazed together to form a durable, integral piece that can withstand high pressure and temperature.
